Our treatment utilizes an automatic pre-flush and post-flush water system to create the healthiest environment for the microbes both in the piping and in the trap.
Through an automatic injection system the bacteria is pumped into the drain, then carried to the trap with the post flush.
Once in the trap, the microbes create their own little ecosystem to live and breed in.
Daily re-introduction of bacteria ensures that the colony is strong and continues to devour the organic material in the trap.
During monthly visits (bi-weekly for the first 6 months) a service technician performs the following:
The microbial solution is replenished.
The trap is photographed and PH tested.
Inorganic matter is removed from the trap.
The water and bacterial injection system is tested and calibrated.
The initial installation comes with one year of service. Contracts are then renewed on an annual basis.
